I looked out the an upstairs bedroom window the morning after one of our big snowstorms. I saw in the tree a little chickadee that was covered in snow. I thought how sad! This poor chickadee had to withstand the snowstorm hanging on a tree branch for dear life and the snow eventually covered it up! Was it waiting for it’s turn at the bird feeder and stayed in one spot too long? I couldn’t understand why the bird’s instinct didn’t kick in to find shelter as the storm hit. So I took a picture of it for posterity purposes. I zoomed in on the photo I just took…….๐
Nahum 1:3:
The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
~ Nahum, Prophet
