All returns require a pre-approval. A return request must be placed within 7 days of shipment delivery.
You must contact Three Ring Weaving prior to returning your item for a refund. Use the form on the Contact page to request a return and refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the return is approved, you will be informed of the return address to use.
- Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please insure your item when shipping. We are not responsible for shipping errors.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Due to the one-of-a kind nature of items sold on this website, exchanges are not possible.
- You will not receive a refund if the item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund by 30 business days after approval, first check with the financial institution through which you made payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact page to notify of the delayed refund.
